As a Global Managed Services Transition Team - Senior Manager, you will lead the charge in transforming data and automation processes within our Advisory practice. You will be at the forefront of implementing innovative automation solutions, enhancing service delivery, and driving business transformation. Your role will involve working closely with clients to identify opportunities for leveraging digital technologies, confirming seamless transitions, and optimizing operational efficiencies.
As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and strategic vision to deliver impactful results. You will guide large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a strategic level. Your ability to develop high-performing teams and solve complex problems will be crucial in driving project success. You will also play a key role in coaching and motivating teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities
- Leading the transition of managed services projects, confirming seamless integration and delivery
- Designing and implementing automation frameworks to enhance system efficiency and reduce manual tasks
- Overseeing data transformation processes to provide actionable insights and support business transformation initiatives
- Managing offshore teams to optimize project resource allocation and performance
- Developing and executing strategic project plans, including risk management and resource management
- Facilitating continuous process improvement to drive operational excellence and innovation
- Utilizing data analytics and predictive modeling to inform decision-making and strategic planning
- Coordinating with stakeholders to identify digital opportunities and implement automation solutions
- Providing coaching and feedback to develop high-performing teams and foster a culture of inclusion
- Applying analytical thinking to solve complex problems and drive business transformation initiatives
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
