We are seeking an experienced Global IT Analyst to support strategic IT initiatives across a multinational organization. This role is ideal for a bilingual Japanese/English professional who enjoys working across cultures, partnering with business leaders, and helping drive digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between U.S. operations, global headquarters, and international affiliates.
- Support global IT initiatives, business process improvements, and digital transformation projects.
- Analyze business requirements and recommend practical technology solutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional and cross-cultural communication among business and IT stakeholders.
- Provide operational IT support and assist end users when needed.
- Support initiatives involving Microsoft 365, AI, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and enterprise applications.

Requirements
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, IT operations, business systems, or IT analysis.
- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, enterprise IT environments, networking, cybersecurity, and end-user support.
- Experience working with both Japanese and U.S. business environments.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Experience
- Digital transformation or global IT project experience.
- Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, SharePoint, Power Platform, AI, or cloud technologies.
- Experience supporting multinational organizations.
