WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The Nike Intelligence Center powers and protects Nike’s competitive advantage by providing insight into global trends, risks, and opportunities that intersect with the company’s business and operations. In this role you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across Resilience, Global Technology, Sports Marketing, Global Comms and others to turn internal and external sources into actionable insights. The analyses you produce will reveal patterns, trends, and tell stories enabling effective decisions for stakeholders across Nike.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Global Intelligence Analyst II to join the Innovation & Analytics Intelligence team in the Nike Intelligence Center. They are skilled at transforming complex and often disparate datasets into clear narratives, actionable recommendations, and measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical rigor, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences
3+ years of experience in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
Hands-on experience with SQL and proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Python, R, or SAS.
Demonstrated ability to synthesize multiple data sources and influence decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups.
Experience in predictive analytics, forecasting, A/B testing, complex modeling, and analysis
Proven experience in creating clear, compelling visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

Partner across multiple stakeholder to scope analytical and deliver insights
Build compelling visualizations that reveal patterns and make findings easy to act on
Apply trend analysis, forecasting, A/B testing, segmentation, and predictive modeling to priority business questions
Translate findings into concise, executive-ready recommendations
Monitor the external landscape and flag developments that intersect with Nike's business
Recommend new data sources, tools, and methods to sharpen insight generation
Champion analytical rigor and data quality so insights stay accurate and trusted

Skills Required
