We are seeking a forward-thinking, highly strategic Global Director of Information Systems to drive enterprise-wide technology transformation, cybersecurity, and innovation. This is an executive-level opportunity to influence, and shape, IS operations across our international manufacturing footprint.
This position to be seated in our Corporate office downtown Spokane.
What You’ll Do:
As the Global Director of IS, you'll:
- Lead the global deployment, integration, and security of enterprise systems and networks.
- Partner with the C-suite to align IS strategies with business priorities and operational goals.
- Oversee ERP (Visual), O365, Business Intelligence, cybersecurity, and Cloud operations.
- Develop and execute a future-focused IT roadmap, business continuity, and disaster recovery plans.
- Build and lead a high-performing, collaborative global IS team.
- Manage CapEx, IS budgeting, and cost optimization while leveraging technology to improve efficiency.
- Actively contribute to strategic committees including CRM, ERP, and OneStream.

QualificationsYou'll Bring:
- 15+ years of progressive IS experience, including 10+ years in leadership roles within a global manufacturing environment.
- Expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP systems (Visual preferred), cloud technologies, and strategic planning.
- Exceptional project management, communication, and cross-cultural leadership skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Strong financial and analytical acumen with a passion for technology innovation.
- Ability to travel by land and air, domestically and internationally, up to 20%. Valid U.S. Passport or ability to obtain, is required.

Working Environment
While performing the essential responsibilities of this position, the team member will generally work in an office environment with exposure to a manufacturing environment that may present loud noise, moving mechanical parts, and fumes or airborne particles. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including approved footwear, respirators, and safety glasses/goggles may be required.
The minimum and maximum salary range for this full-time position is $190k - $230k + benefits. Relocation benefits may be available, if deemed applicable based on candidate location.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in this posted role reflect the base salary only and do not include bonus or benefits.
