About the Role
As a Global Industrialization Project Manager leads the end-to-end industrialization and launch of programs across regions, ensuring robust, scalable, and cost effective production solutions that meet quality, volume, and flexibility targets throughout the product lifecycle. The position owns industrialization strategy, business planning, and execution, serving as the primary operations and technical interface to internal stakeholders and customers. It drives design-for-manufacturing leadership, launch KPI performance, enterprise level project and risk management, and global coordination across regions (EU, APAC, NA). The role also provides platform program leadership, customer and audit management, executive reporting, and post SOP lifecycle support focused on continuous improvement, cost reduction, and productivity gains.
What You Will Do
- Lead global program launches and industrialization, ensuring on time, on cost, on quality delivery across sites.
- Own business planning, RFI/RFQ activities, CapEx, and end to end industrialization strategy.
- Act as the main operations and technical interface to customers and cross functional stakeholders.
- Drive design for manufacturing to ensure scalable, testable, and efficient production solutions.
- Plan and execute industrialization milestones, sample builds, equipment sourcing, and ramp up to SOP.
- Define and manage launch KPIs, driving cross functional actions during launch.
- Own enterprise level project, risk, issue, and change management.
- Lead regional teams and align global plans, KPIs, risks, and financials.
- Lead platform programs, enabling reuse, modularity, and reduced complexity.
- Manage customer audits, governance reviews, executive reporting, and project escalations.
- Support post SOP lifecycle activities, driving continuous improvement and cost reduction.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or program management.
- Experience in electronics production.
- Experience in multinational automotive environment.
- Fluent English.
- Expert in analytics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent Projekt management knowledge.
Bonus Points if You Have
- PMP or equal certification (PMP, PRINCE2 etc.).
- Familiarity with TeamCenter usage.
- Agile project management experience.
