IA Division is seeking a Global Head of Data & AI Individuals
The Global Head of Data & AI for Individuals is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the Data & AI transformation strategy within the Individuals segments. This leader ensures that Data & AI are effectively leveraged to transform the business end-to-end—enhancing customer experience, personalizing products and services, increasing operational efficiency, and enabling data-driven decision-making. This role is accountable for maximizing business value through ethical, governed, and impactful use of data and AI, while aligning with the Group’s strategic vision and frameworks.
Reports to:
Group CD&AIO and to the Global Heads of businesses for individuals. 50% of objectives and performance evaluation respectively.
Individual accountabilities:
- Define and drive the Data & AI strategy for the Individuals businesses, ensuring alignment with Group Data and AI strategy and business goals.
- Translate the Group Data & AI vision into tangible transformation programs specific to the Individuals domains.
- Prioritize AI and data use cases based on business impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
- Act as a transformation partner to the Individuals leadership teams, identifying how AI can redefine customer journeys, digital engagement, and value propositions.
- Sponsor and co-lead cross-functional AI initiatives that unlock new sources of value.
- Promote a measurable business-driven AI roadmap with clear KPIs and value capture mechanisms.
- Ensure robust data governance and high data quality.
- Champion the use of the Global Data Platform, ensuring consistent data availability, interoperability, and reuse.
- Contribute to model governance and responsible AI practices, particularly for high-impact models.
- Drive AI fluency across the Individuals businesses by promoting training, change management, and AI-first ways of working.
- Identify and nurture internal talent to accelerate AI adoption.
- Ensure alignment with Group Data & AI risk frameworks, model risk policies, and external regulatory expectations.
