Qnity is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Global Finance Manager to support the Kalrez business, a fast-growing global business unit generating $300-$400M in annual revenue. This role serves as a key financial partner to the Vice President & General Manager of Kalrez, providing financial leadership, business insights, forecasting expertise, and decision support to drive profitable growth.
Location - Marina Bay, Singapore
As a member of the Kalrez Global Leadership Team and the Electronics Finance Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in business planning, performance management, financial governance, and strategic initiatives across a global organization.
What You'll Do
Serve as a trusted financial advisor to the Vice President & General Manager, Kalrez.
Partner with the Global Leadership Team to support business strategy and growth initiatives.
Lead annual strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
Deliver timely analysis and actionable insights on business performance and key financial drivers.
Support complex business decisions through financial modeling and decision support.
Ensure accurate financial results, strong internal controls, and SOX compliance.
Drive cross-functional collaboration on forecasting, planning, and business improvement initiatives.
Contribute to enterprise finance initiatives related to systems, processes, data quality, and governance.
What We're Looking For
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
15+ years of experience in finance, accounting, costing, or business partnering roles.
Strong experience in financial planning and analysis, forecasting, financial modeling, and business performance management.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and translate financial data into business recommendations.
Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and corporate governance.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or advanced business degree.
Experience supporting high-growth manufacturing, industrial, technology, or semiconductor businesses.
Knowledge of S&OP planning processes and financial systems.
Proven success leading through influence within a global matrix organization.
