As Global Finance Business Partner Marketing & Sales and Mid Tech, you will work directly with senior management on strategy, performance, and value creation. Make a difference as Global Finance Business Partner
As Global Finance Business Partner, you will be the strategic financial partner for Marketing & Sales and the cross-functional Business Dynamic Mid Tech. You will be part of both management teams and report to the Head of Business Control. You will translate financial and commercial insights into clear choices for growth, improvement, and value creation. You will work globally with senior management, Business Controllers, and Finance Managers. In this role, your work will include:

• Taking responsibility for value creation, strategy definition and execution, and performance as a member of both management teams;
• Advising, challenging, and supporting the Functional Director and management teams on key decisions;
• Improving financial performance by leading the full planning and control cycle, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting;
• Supporting and leading business development through business cases, investment plans, and acquisition activities;
• Working with the CFO and Finance Management Team as a member of the Global Business Control Lead Team;
• Strengthening collaboration and financial expertise among regional and local Business Controllers and Finance Managers.

What you bring as our future colleague
You have strong analytical and strategic skills and can turn financial insights into clear business choices. You build relationships easily and constructively challenge and influence senior stakeholders. You enjoy working in an international environment and take responsibility for shared results. In addition, you have:

• A relevant master’s degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a comparable field;
• Around 10 years of relevant experience in controlling and finance business partnering, preferably in a commercial environment;
• Experience working in an international and multicultural environment;
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and advising senior management;
• A strong understanding of financial and commercial processes on a global scale;
• Excellent command of English.

• A gross monthly salary between €6,943 and €9,919, based on a full-time workweek of 38 hours and aligned with your knowledge and experience;

• 25 vacation days, the option to purchase additional vacation days, and one paid vitality day per year, with extra vacation days granted as you get older;

• A contribution toward overnight accommodation costs if you live farther away from Enza Zaden. This program applies to employees working for Enza Zaden in the Netherlands whose one-way commute exceeds 100 kilometers and 75 minutes;
