Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Global Field Marketing Manager with a strong focus on trade shows to join our team. This role will be pivotal in elevating our company's presence on the international stage. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional ability to manage, design, and execute trade shows and other global events that not only showcase our company but also solidify our reputation as an industry leader.

Key Responsibilities:

Trade Show Management

· Oversee all aspects of trade show participation including booth design, setup and breakdown

· Manage all relationships with trade show organizers, vendors and partners

· Conduct thorough post-show analyses to measure ROI and gather insights for continuous improvements

Event Strategy Development

· Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and executive teams to define objectives for each event.

· Continuously research and identify trade show opportunities in strategic markets.

· Develop annual event calendars and budgets.

Logistics and Operations

· Coordinate logistics for all global events, ensuring timely shipments, accommodations, travel arrangements, and other necessities.

· Handle any onsite issues or emergencies with composure and efficiency.

Vendor Management

· Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with event vendors and partners globally.

· Ensure contracts and agreements provide maximum value and minimize risk.

Branding and Promotion

· Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure branding is consistent and impactful across all events.

· Promote events through various channels to maximize attendance and engagement.

Team Collaboration

· Lead and train cross-functional teams during the event planning and execution process.

· Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding all event-related matters.

Continuous Learning and Innovation

· Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in global events and trade show management.

· Seek opportunities to introduce innovative ideas and solutions to improve event impact and efficiency.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

· 2+ years of experience in global events management, with a heavy focus on trade shows.

· Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale trade shows and events.

· Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

· Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to travel frequently and manage events in multiple time zones.

· Proficiency with event management software and tools.

· Multilingual skills are a plus.
