Key Responsibilities:
As a Global Feasibility Lead, you will:
Lead and contribute to global feasibility projects, including data collection, analysis, and presentation of findings.
Develop feasibility strategies to support pre-award operational planning.
Transition pre-award findings to operations teams for successful post-award execution.
Contribute to proposals and bid defenses, providing strategic insights and data-driven recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure feasibility strategies align with business and client needs.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to departmental training initiatives.
Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to best practices in feasibility conduct.
Required Qualifications:
Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 4 years’ experience in academia, healthcare, or consulting with responsibilities in data collection, analysis, and presentation.
At least 2 years’ experience within pharma/biotech, CRO, or consulting environment preferred.
Strong data mining, analytical, and scientific research skills.
Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience leading projects or cross-functional teams is desirable.
