As an Equity Trader in the Equities Trading team, you will deliver high-quality execution and service to clients while helping drive responsible revenue growth. You will use research, market intelligence, and risk discipline to identify opportunities and manage exposures. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Research, and other partners to deepen client relationships and support franchise growth. You will operate with integrity and professionalism, balancing client needs with firm priorities and controls.

Job responsibilities

  • Execute market, agency, and principal equity orders with speed, precision, and professionalism.
  • Facilitate client equity transactions end-to-end, ensuring strong service and seamless execution.
  • Monitor market conditions, liquidity, and news flow to identify trading opportunities and risks.
  • Apply analytical and pricing models to support execution decisions and risk-aware trading.
  • Balance client outcomes and firm objectives, contributing to sustainable revenue and franchise growth.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Research to originate and develop new business opportunities.
  • Communicate market trends, new products, and trading insights to relevant stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal partners to deliver coordinated client solutions.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong understanding of analytical and pricing models used in trading and execution.
  • Comprehensive product knowledge across asset classes, with the ability to connect cross-asset impacts to equities.
  • Ability to remain composed and effective in a fast-paced, time-sensitive trading environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging across varied seniority levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification).
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Saudi national.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience working with Cash Equities products and workflows.
  • Familiarity with Saudi and MENA public markets and corporate coverage universe.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales and Research to deliver client outcomes and grow business.
