Description and Requirements
As a Global Employer Brand Copywriter , you will fill a crucial role on the global talent acquisition team, helping to implement a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platform across the globe . S uccess in this role requires compelling writing skills, as you will be involved in a wide variety of employer brand and recruitment marketing communications that include the global career site, landing pages, candidate and employee email template s , job description templates , talent communities and more. You're skilled at driving a long-form content strategy aligned to our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) , working cross-functionally across the entire global enterprise . You are always looking for ways to repurpose content produced internally to share with an external audience, showcasing what differentiates MetLife as a top employer.
As MetLife Talent Acquisition continues to transform its practices globally, this role will be a key member of the team and will be responsible for creating and implementing c ommunications and content that positions MetLife as an employer of choice across 40+ countries around the world.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the candidate and employee journey to create/curate effective content to position MetLife as an Employer of Choice and engage talent
  • Own content creation end-to-end, including ideation, identifying proof points and employees to be showcased , coordination, copywriting, a nd approvals
  • Select photography and videography for the new global career site
  • Maximize a matrixed environment to successfully drive outcomes
  • Support and enable international teams to localize and leverage content you create and curate
  • Manage aspects of a large-scale cross - functional project with competing priorities


Required Experience and Technical Skills:

  • 5-8 years of copywriting experience within employee engagement, employer brand, and/or recruitment marketing
  • 2 + years of experience writing, editing, and leading communications for an ATS and CRM
  • Experience designing or redesigning a robust career site


  • A bility to autonomously work across all levels of the organization to develop and craft compelling content, including driving approvals
  • Self-starter with a sense of urgency who takes initiative with minimal direction and works well as part of a team.


Preferred:

  • 2+ years of experience supporting a global organization
  • Experience implementing or using Avature ATS and CRM as a writer and content creator
  • Solid understanding of inclusive marketing principles
  • Experience optimizing content for SEO
  • Intermediate Adobe Creative Cloud experience


The wage range for applicants for this position is $103,000-$141,000.
