YOUR NEW ROLE
Drive eCommerce performance in key markets by leading business analysis, shaping action plans, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives that improve traffic, conversion, customer experience, and commercial results across Mango.com.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Drive the analysis of business performance across key markets, identifying opportunities and translating insights into clear recommendations and actions.
Define and drive a structured experimentation roadmap across the customer journey (traffic, onsite, conversion), in partnership with Analytics, ensuring consistent methodology, prioritization, and measurable impact on business performance
Shape market action plans and priorities based on performance trends, customer behavior, and commercial opportunities.
Lead cross-functional coordination with online and client teams to move key initiatives forward and ensure alignment on agreed priorities.
Monitor and challenge business performance through relevant KPIs, proactively identifying risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Steer the follow-up of key initiatives, tracking progress, escalating blockers, and helping teams stay focused on impact and delivery.
Influence decision-making by providing a strong business perspective and actionable recommendations to key stakeholders.
Drive ad hoc market deep dives to identify growth levers, performance gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
Lead the business-side follow-up of new capabilities, tools, and processes, supporting their implementation and integration into business-as-usual operations.
Champion best practices across markets and stakeholders, promoting consistency, continuous improvement, and customer-centric thinking.
Build strong relationships across functions to enable effective collaboration and execution.
ABOUT YOU
Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or similar. Specialization in eCommerce, digital business, or analytics is a plus.
Experience in eCommerce, trading, business analysis, performance, or digital business.
Experience in retail, fashion, or consumer business is a plus.
Understanding of the digital customer journey and performance improvement levers, and ecommerce KPIs.
Experience with analytics and BI tools like Google Analytics, Looker, Power BI.
Knowledge of A/B testing and CRO is a plus.Experience with new tools, AI capabilities.
Results driven, Proactive, organized, and execution-focused.
Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to turn insights into actions.
Strong business judgment and prioritization skills.
Ability to influence, work across teams and clear communication skills.
Collaborative and customer-oriented mindset.
High level of English required. Other languages are a plus.
