Here's what you'll dive into:
- Develop and execute a global People strategy that aligns with business goals and enhances the employee experience
- Lead People Operations, compliance, HR tech, and analytics to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Partner with executive leadership to implement initiatives that support long-term organizational success
- Oversee compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development programs
- Ensure compliance with global labor laws, maintaining up-to-date policies and procedures
- Leverage people analytics to drive data-informed decisions and measure progress on key initiatives
- Foster a culture of engagement, inclusion, and accountability while leading and developing the People team
- Manage HR technology, optimize processes, and oversee vendor relationships to enhance operations
Here's what you'll bring to our table:Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required; Master’s degree preferred
- Relevant certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) are highly desirable
Experience
- A minimum of 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage HR initiatives across a global organization
- Strong track record of driving organizational change and implementing operational improvements
- Experience leveraging data analytics to support strategic goals
Skills and Competencies
- Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and global compliance requirements
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentorship and development
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and advanced skills in Excel or other data analysis tools

Note: Base salary range is $150,000 to $180,000. This range represents the expected compensation for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range when taking into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
