RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY

This position will focus on the management and optimisation of digital marketing platforms and initiatives across the fully customer lifecycle that support the Neuromodulation business unit growth strategies. This role includes management of existing martech platforms, building and deploying new digital solutions and optimisation of digital campaigns – all under limited direction.

The Global Digital Marketing Manager (Epilepsy) will leverage their strong technical and data management skills to analyse campaigns, generate insights, and work closely with the brand marketing teams to propose and deliver appropriate actions to support them, help them leverage business opportunities as well as address obstacles and issues, refine digital tactics and goals as needed with responsiveness and a can-do attitude.

You have a data-driven mindset allowing you to easily troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, as well as manage platform integrations to enable robust omni-channel digital toolkits. Meanwhile, your strong digital marketing expertise in CRO, UX, CMS management and marketing automation will bring a tech-savvy and innovative skillset enabling you to build and deploy technical solutions that improve the customer experience and improve commercial performance.

The position has a global remit with a scope of activities spanning across both our HCP and patient audiences.

Major accountabilities

  • Analyse existing campaign data to generate meaningful insights

  • Work closely with brand marketing and leadership teams to propose innovative enhancements to increase campaign performance

  • Support brand teams by building and deploying key digital/technical tools and tactics

  • Support the development of governance processes to ensure standardised platform usage and maximise data integrity

  • Manage and administer customer facing digital platforms and related integrations including: web CMS, marketing automation, eLearning, web analytics, BI dashboards

  • Identify/share best pratice, as well as support and facilitate digital training workshops to raise digital IQ across the business

  • Manage global paid media budget and allocate across priority markets to generate maximum conversions

  • Ensure robust analytics frameworks are in place, including developing and enhancing BI dashboards, across full customer lifecycle

  • Collaborate with external partners (incl. agency) and cross-functional stakeholders (incl. Sales, IT, Privacy)

  • Participate in and actively manage planning initiatives as they relate to the annual strategic plan, and the commercial operating plan

  • Work closely with the rest of the Marketing team to inform & develop marketing strategies

  • Establish strong relationships across a matric organization with a goal of becoming point of contact for digital support requests

  • Manage the timely delivery of projects and digital solutions to internal stakeholders in line with commercial operating plan

  • Manage budget effectively for key responsible projects

  • This position may require moderate business travel of 20% or more of the time

  • Experience in working in both back and front ends of digital marketing

  • Expertise in multichannel marketing, digital lead generation, digital optimisation

Education

  • Digital/Marketing/IT| degree level qualification

Minimum requirements & qualifications

  • Relevant experience in Digital/Marketing

  • Adept at front end technical digital including CRO, SEO, UX, analytics

  • Comfortable managing and configuring platforms at technical level 

  • Experience building and managing websites

  • Excellent research, analytical, and data interpretation skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand format

  • Able to work independently and take ownership and responsibility

  • Flexible to promptly respond to business needs

  • Good team player with customer-focused mind-set

Pay Transparency:

  • A reasonable estimate of the annual base salary for this position is $93,000- $140,000 + discretionary annual bonus. Pay ranges may vary by location.
