As a Global Corporate Banking Analyst & Associate Program Manager in the Corporate Banking team, you will lead the management and execution of our Analyst & Associate Programs. You will work closely with Resource Managers, senior stakeholders, and specialists in Human Resources, Finance, and Business Operations to ensure the success of these programs. Your role is crucial in developing a strong pipeline of talent and enhancing the overall experience for our analysts and associates.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute the business strategy for the International GCB Analyst & Associate Program in collaboration with local Resource Managers and the Global Program Manager.
- Partner with Resource Managers and Staffers on performance development, recruiting, and headcount planning.
- Ensure a best-in-class experience for analysts and interns to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage the analyst-to-associate promotion process.
- Prepare and manage communications to stakeholders and constituents.
- Collaborate with the emerging talent team to develop a pipeline of junior talent.
- Partner with training teams to coordinate learning opportunities for the Analyst & Associate population.
- Work with finance and HR on analytics related to headcount planning and forecasted attrition.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, finance, communications, or human resources.
- Minimum bachelors degree or equivalent
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to balance strategic thinking and tactical execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong partnerships across various teams.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for data analysis and presentation creation.
- Disciplined time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Management experience.
- Strong understanding of Corporate Banking.
- Ability to operate effectively under pressure and deal with ambiguity.
