In this role, you will assist with maintaining data integrity, supporting system enhancements, participating in quality assurance testing, and developing reports and dashboards that provide actionable business insights. What you will do:- Support the day-to-day administration and maintenance of sales tools, including Salesforce CRM and CPQ platforms
- Perform regular data audits, identify inconsistencies, and execute data clean-up activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Participate in quality assurance (QA) testing to validate system updates and enhancements prior to deployment
- Create, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards that provide visibility into sales performance and key business metrics
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues
- Continuously expand knowledge of business processes, systems, and tools to support evolving operational needs
- Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and pivot tables preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Exposure to reporting, dashboards, or data visualization tools is a plus
