About This Role: As the Global Commercial Lead FA, you will be at the forefront of our global commercialization strategy. You will be responsible for leading the Global Marketing team, driving the development of campaigns, messages, omni-channel content, and marketing tactics. Your immediate focus will be to optimize short-term brand plans for revenue maximization, ensuring support for hitting annual revenue targets. In this dynamic role, you will also provide critical commercial insights for long-term strategic decisions, including lifecycle management. By owning the target product profile throughout the lifecycle, you'll ensure asset value maximization through launch and beyond. Partnering with regional teams and G10 affiliates will be crucial to forecasting and identifying business opportunities. You will also lead external stakeholder engagement and contribute to franchise strategy, driving cross-functional alignment and operating within a Product Development & Commercialization model.


What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and lead global commercialization strategies to maximize revenue across key markets.
  • Own and implement short-term brand plans with a focus on immediate revenue targets.
  • Lead the Global Marketing team in developing campaigns, messages, and omni-channel content.
  • Provide commercial input into long-term strategic decisions, such as lifecycle management and indication expansion.
  • Maintain ownership of the target product profile throughout its lifecycle.
  • Support asset value maximization through launch and lifecycle management.
  • Drive product development strategies for pipeline indications and disease expansion.
  • Partner with regional teams and G10 affiliates to forecast and identify business opportunities.
  • Lead competitive intelligence and market leadership efforts.
  • Engage with external stakeholders, including clinicians, policy stakeholders, and advocacy groups.
  • Plan and execute launch readiness and execution where relevant.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and lead teams in a matrix environment.
  • Operate within a Product Development & Commercialization model.

You thrive in dynamic settings and are skilled at engaging external stakeholders to maximize asset value. Your experience in global markets, particularly in rare, neuro, and immuno areas, equips you to drive innovation and revenue growth.


Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree required (in a relevant field such as business, life sciences, or related discipline).
  • Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MSc, PhD)

Required Skills:

  • At least 15 years of experience in pharma/biotech.
  • Proven experience in biotech product launch.
  • Direct affiliate in-market experience.
  • P&L experience strongly preferred.
  • Area experience in rare, transplant, neuro, or immuno sectors.
  • 5 years of ex-US experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership in cross-functional alignment and matrix environments.
  • Expertise in external stakeholder engagement and competitive intelligence.
