As part of the growth journey of Lonza, GBSO in collaboration with IT have been tasked by the Executive Committee to build up a Centre of Excellence (CoE) for SAP Access Management. Global Business Organization there is constant continuous improvement of all process, data and technology topics in P10 and S/4HANA environment. A current example is the update of the intercompany pricing records for tangible goods Sales, harmonizing and automating updating transfer prices, PO deliveries etc. Hence, we are looking for a new Global CoE Manager – that can manage continuous improvements in SAP Management, Access, data & systems. The main focus of this role will be to lead sub-projects around the build-up of the Lonza Access Management concept and other improvement projects like the Intercompany price records harmonization.
The incumbent will collaborate with
- The Access Control Excellence Core Team
- Global process owners and their operational excellence team working on improvement projects
- with a cross-functional and cross-divisional team representing all Lonza business tasks potentially external companies at time of the project execution
The incumbent requires a profile experience in business partnering, project management, service delivery, besides the required IT background, including experience with SAP (ECC / S/4HANA).
Key responsibilities:
- This role will work in Lonza’s Global Business Services Organization and have a strong emphasis on cross-functional and cross-divisional working across Business and IT perspectives.
- In the SAP Access Management role, he/she will initially work under the guidance of the new CoE Lead.
- For other projects like the Intercompany price records harmonization the incumbent will lead project tasks in close alignment with the respective GPO.
- Transition to Business as Usual
- Once handover is successfully completed the CoE* Manager - SAP Management, Access, data & systems will be responsible for:
- Delivering services as per the agreed service Catalogue
- Ensuring improvement projects are embedded in daily execution and taken over business as usual
- Supports continuous improvement across the CoE Team
- Coordinate x-functional an x-locational improvement projects for GBSO in Lonza’s ERP system collaborating with all global process owners
- Manage Intercompany price records harmonization project under oversight of R2R GPO
- Lead automation initiatives and integration topics linked to the main finance processes in GBSO
- Coordinate together with the CoE Members for Access Management the successful Go-Live of Project ACE
Key requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters in the field of Data Science, Project Management, Information technology, Computer engineering,
- Must be business fluent in English
- Experience as a Business Project Manager regarding the design and implementation SAP Projects, preferably expertise in SAP Access Management
- Expert knowledge in business process design
- Very experienced SAP user (IT and business background preferred)
- Experience in Software Access Management principles and processes e.g.
- Role based access management
- Segregation of Duty controls
- Familiarity with SAP GRC is preferable (but not essential)
- Enthusiasm, energy, drive
- Ability to operate in an ambiguous, fast changing environment
- Ability to work across functions
- Strong team work
