Duties: Architect and implement cutting-edge go-to-market strategies, utilizing advanced market analytics, competitive intelligence, and strategic foresight to deliver actionable growth recommendations tailored to diverse client segments and regional dynamics. Drive the strategic execution of global payments and initiatives for the Latin American (LATAM) region, leveraging deep expertise in international finance and cross-border payments to drive innovation and efficiency in cross-border transactions. Evaluate and seamlessly integrate emerging payment technologies, applying specialized knowledge to enhance service offerings and maintain competitive advantage in a rapidly evolving financial la ndscape. Collaborate with executive leadership to align sophisticated cross-border payment strategies with overarching business objectives, ensuring the successful delivery of global initiatives through strategic vision and coordination. Drive client engagement by presenting innovative solutions and industry insights on Cross-Border Payments, providing expert business recommendations to clients and the global clearing team. Represent the company at international corporate events, conducting in-person client visits and attending banking seminars to foster strategic relationships and enhance the firm's global presence. Deliver data-driven market insights, employing advanced analytical techniques to identify emerging trends that inform product enhancements, sales enablement strategies, and accelerate the sales cycle. QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Management Science, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Solutions Specialist, Banking Associate, Banking Officer, Banking Analyst, or related occupation. Skills Required: This position requires four (4) years of experience with the following: Leveraging correspondent banking relationships and cross-border payment systems within financial institutions including commercial banks, central banks, and multilateral development banks to optimize compliance in international transactions by improving payment processing workflows, reducing transaction times, and minimizing operational costs using Cross-border payment networks including Swift, and platforms including Bankers Almanac, and Correspondent banking; preventing financial crimes and safeguarding the integrity of the global financial system by adhering to international regulatory standards, including AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) protocols.
