  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for field marketing communication, helping maintain regular connectivity with Directors of Marketing and property-level stakeholders across the global portfolio.
  • Coordinate status updates, follow-ups, and information flow between corporate marketing and the field.
  • Develop, coordinate, and communicate marketing materials, toolkits, guidelines, and resources for property marketing teams to support global campaigns, promotions, programming, and key brand initiatives.
  • Maintain the global marketing and promotional calendar across 1 Hotels, Treehouse Hotels, and Baccarat Hotels & Residences, coordinating key campaign, promotional, programming, partnership, and planning dates and communicating critical deadlines to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the development and execution of global marketing campaigns and brand initiatives, helping translate strategy into actionable plans and ensuring alignment across corporate and property teams.

  • Manage executional follow-through for selected programming and partnership initiatives, including calendars, approvals, deliverables, and post-program recaps.
  • Prepare briefs, agendas, meeting materials, recaps, and planning documents to support decision-making and alignment.
  • Maintain planning tools, trackers, calendars, and process documents to improve visibility and reduce ad hoc work.
  • Identify recurring field needs, common issues, and process gaps, escalating strategic themes and patterns to the Global Marketing Director.
  • Help build repeatable ways of working across brands and properties, including templates, intake processes, and communication cadences.
  • Support coordination across internal partners including brand, creative, social, communications, digital, and commercial teams.
  • Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives as needed, with growing ownership over global integrated marketing operations.
About You

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns and translating broader brand strategies into actionable plans and deliverables.
  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, and translating data into concise, actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear briefs, recaps, marketing materials, and status updates.
  • Comfort working across both strategic and executional tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to build productive relationships across corporate and field teams.
  • Ability to work across multiple brands while understanding and maintaining distinct brand positioning, audiences, and priorities.
  • Hospitality, lifestyle, luxury, or multi-unit brand experience preferred.

  • Leadership has clear, timely visibility into performance, priorities, and risks.
  • Field communication is more organized, responsive, and consistent.
  • Global campaigns and initiatives are clearly communicated and effectively translated for execution across properties and brands.
  • Openings and major initiatives are better coordinated and less dependent on senior leaders for day-to-day management.
  • Properties have the tools, timelines, materials, and information they need to execute against global marketing priorities.
  • Processes, reporting, and planning tools reduce noise and improve team efficiency.
