Join our team as a Global Brand Finance Manager in Wilton, Connecticut, where you'll be the backbone of finance support to Product Development and Category Teams. In this role, you'll oversee financial outlooks, global pricing strategies, and performance tracking to deliver actionable insights and drive profitable growth for the business. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on the brand’s success, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and take on diverse challenges in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Act as the finance support and leadership within the Category Teams to support decision making.
  • Collaborate with the Global Director of Brand Finance to provide analysis that supports decision-making in the new product development process.
  • Complete monthly Demand Plan dollarization to support Demand Plan Review meetings.
  • Help the product teams build the Strategic Portfolio by simplifying portfolio and focusing on growth categories.  
  • Support 5-year outlook by working with the product team on modeling of product line and BI team to tie in market data.  
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Finance team to gather market insights and feedback, and share key information to support Category Team decision-making.
  • Partner with the Demand Planning team to support monthly Performance Reviews, providing market and product performance insights to the Category Teams.
  • Run postmortem analysis on projects/products and review findings with the product team.
  • Perform monthly Price/Volume/Mix analysis for Cannondale, generating insights for the Finance team and Category Teams to inform the Demand Plan.
  • Manage the annual global pricing model for all markets (NA, Europe, UK, ID).
  • Support ROI analysis and business plans for Engineering, R&D, and Product Development projects.
  • Support modeling of product lifetime/lifecycle profitability.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis for finance and product teams, providing actionable insights.
  • Contribute to company success by managing and supporting assigned projects.
  • Collaborate with leadership to promote continuous process improvement.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 5+ years of work experience.
  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • Excel in Excel, as well as in math and finance.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools is helpful.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of business operations and be able to connect financial data to business outcomes.
