About Job
We are looking for an AI Recruiter to join our Domain Expert Recruiting team. You will focus on attracting, screening, and selecting domain experts to participate in Centific’s AI enablement projects, with a focus on domain knowledge and multilingual profiles in over 150 locales worldwide.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Attracting, screening, and endorsing suitable candidates world-wide to work in Centific’s AI data projects, both for work-from-home and onsite positions, and grow our global community of collaborators. Some recruiter roles will also cover full-time positions.
- Following recruiting requirements dictated by project needs, organization plans and established targets.
- Running campaigns to attract existing talents to join our projects/program.
- Use available contents and materials for the campaigns and work with Marketing team to create and validate new contents when required.
- Determining applicants’ suitability following pre-defined qualification methodologies, both by comparing qualifications to job requirements, analysing communication and responses, and interviewing applicants.
- Managing the qualification process by sending tests to candidates. If applicable, communicating with candidates on the results.
- Negotiating rates with candidates according to the project requirements. Assessing best rates achievable.
- Logging successful candidates in database.
- Processing and archiving collaboration agreements.
- Additional duties as required.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Global Recruitment experience would be considered as an advantage. Any AI experience is a plus.
- Good communication skills.
- Fluent in English, other foreign languages are a plus.
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent web research skills and analytical abilities.
- Advanced user of online networks and communities.
- Experience with Workday software will be considered as a plus.
