South Mountain Creamery is a dairy farm family: we bottle our own milk and make our own butter and ice cream. We brought the milkman back in 2001 and have been making home deliveries to the DMV area for 25 years and counting! Over the years, we have grown to be the largest and most efficient home delivery business in the area. Job Responsibilities:
Basic GMP’S, Safety, Chemical usage, Interpret schedule & determine run order, Avoid bottle breakage, Verifying code dates on caps, Verifying correct cap for each product, Watch for broken handles, Watch for dirty bottles, watch for mixed products, spill cleanups/downtime cleanup procedures, End of day procedures, COP cycles, removal & assembly of machine parts, Chemical titrations, Daily foaming and Sanitation, Pasteurized side CIP washes.
