Core ResponsibilitiesCompany Formation
Handle all steps to establish a GmbH (limited liability company):

- Register with Commercial Register (Handelsregister)
- Obtain German tax ID & VAT number (USt-IdNr)
- Manage €25,000 minimum capital deposit (if required)
Banking & Financial Setup
- Open a German business bank account for non-resident directors (e.g., N26, Commerzbank)
- Facilitate international money transfers & payment processing
Ongoing Compliance
- Monthly bookkeeping & VAT filings (UStVA)
- Prepare & submit annual financial statements (Jahresabschluss)
- Handle corporate tax filings (Körperschaftsteuer)
Legal & Document Certification
- Arrange notarization of all contracts by German lawyers
- Provide Saudi Embassy-certified documents
- Ship original documents internationally + digital copies
German legal qualification (Rechtsanwalt, Steuerberater, or Notar)
Direct access to local notaries & tax offices
Proven experience with non-EU clients (especially Arabic-speaking)
- Ability to act as nominee director (if required)
- Zero operational involvement: Full remote management
