We are looking for an experienced German-speaking Talent Acquisition Partner based remotely in the CEE region.

If you thrive in high-growth remote environments, have a proven background in GTM recruiting (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.), and speak fluent German to navigate specific talent markets, we’d love to talk to you.

• Contract: Indefinite B2B

• Location: 100% Remote (Must be based in the CEE region)

• Notice period: 1-2 weeks (up to 1 month)

• Language: German and English (minimum C1)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• End-to-End GTM Recruiting: Own the full recruitment lifecycle across Go-To-Market roles (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations), sourcing and closing specialized commercial talent.

• Process & Analytics: Set up robust hiring processes, scorecards, interviews, and analytics. You will use data to analyze the best candidate sources, advertise effectively, and drive results.

• Stakeholder Partnership: Communicate and strengthen relationships on a regular basis with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted consultant throughout the hiring process.

• Strategic Advising: Actively come up with and implement ideas to improve the hiring funnel, ensuring the longevity and success of the projects and clients you support.

Who You Are:

• Experienced GTM Recruiter: You have at least 3+ years of experience in GTM hiring, preferably in a fast-growing environment.

• Bilingual Professional: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English (minimum C1).

• In-House Mindset: You do not push candidates through just to make a hire; you think about the long-term picture of the company and champion a positive candidate experience.

• Systems Savvy: You have hands-on experience navigating ATS systems and leveraging recruitment data to make better decisions.
