ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced German Speaking Solution Consultant (ServiceNow) to support the design and implementation of process improvements and ServiceNow-based solutions. In this role, you will work closely with process owners, project sponsors, and client stakeholders to analyze current processes, define requirements, and align solutions with ServiceNow best practices. You will play a key role in translating business needs into actionable solutions and ensuring successful delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and align expectations

• Gather, analyze, and document user requirements and user stories

• Provide advisory on best practices for ServiceNow implementations

• Support process analysis, improvement, and optimization initiatives

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure needs and expectations are met

• Monitor project success and drive continuous improvements

• Contribute to project documentation, training materials, and workshops

• Support planning and coordination of timelines, budgets, and resources

• Facilitate and lead client workshops and training sessions
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong experience in designing and implementing business processes on the ServiceNow platform

• Solid understanding of ServiceNow products and capabilities

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into functional and technical solutions

• Proven ability to analyze, model, and improve business processes

• Experience in business process consulting (5+ years preferred)

• Proven experience in leading ServiceNow implementation or improvement projects

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent German language skills required, with the ability to independently lead customer workshops in German

• Experience working in Agile environments

• Willingness and readiness to travel as required by project or client needs is expected. This may include occasional domestic or international travel, sometimes on short notice.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with ServiceNow certifications (e.g., System Administrator, Implementation Specialist)

• ITIL Foundation certification

• Experience with NowCreate methodology

• Experience delivering training and workshop facilitation
