Availability to work in San Isidro, Perú in a hybrid regime (3 times per week on site).
Role:
The Sales professional has responsibility for the administration of the Sales and Service Agreements that exist between GM, its dealers, external fleet customers, and Independent Aftersales Market (IAM) stores. They often act as consultants to the dealers and IAMs, and work reciprocally with them on the development and implementation of their business plans. They may be involved in a variety of initiatives including: developing and implementing marketing initiatives, customer retention, product displays, financial analysis, and training.

Responsabilities:
- Act as a liaison between GM and it's dealerships
- Facilitating mentorship and consulting to ensure monthly / yearly sales and service objectives are met
- Track dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (NPS) or other customer feedback resources to identify and address deficiencies or opportunities
- Assist in product launches to ensure streamlined marketing and advertising between dealer and GM
- Build and manage relationships
- Monitor personnel training and ensure compliance with GM requirements/objectives
- Assist with inventory management, including vehicle and or parts ordering and inventory stabilizing
- Analyze dealer sales, local market, and competition to identify revenue opportunities
- Increase sales of GM vehicles and parts to its customers
- Assist in customer problem resolution
- Performs other related duties as assigned

Additional Description
Required Qualifications
- Graduates in Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial positions.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry or related field.
- English: Intermediate Level.
- Office: Intermediate Level.
- Availability to work in a hybrid way (3 times in person) in the offices located in Lima, Peru.
- Availability to make local trips on a monthly basis within Peru.
