Skills Required

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Production or Mechatronics)
Postgraduate / MBA
10+ years experience in industrial maintenance
Experience in food and beverage industry
Leadership experience managing maintenance teams
Experience in large plant operations
Preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance knowledge
TPM and RCM methodologies
Familiarity with MTBF, MTTR and OEE indicators
Experience with SAP PM and other CMMS systems
Knowledge of automation and utilities (steam, air, refrigeration, water)
Familiarity with safety and regulatory norms NR-10, NR-12, NR-13
Food safety standards (BPF, HACCP)
Budget management (CAPEX/OPEX), planning and contract management
Continuous improvement experience (Lean, WCM)
Six Sigma experience
Industry 4.0 projects experience
Advanced English
French language
