Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about logistics? Join our dynamic team as a George Inbound Supply Assistant , where you'll play a key role in maximizing intake into our clothing Distribution Centres (DCs) by working closely with stakeholders across George Supply, ALS, Merchandising, and 3PLs.
Your Role:
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Build and maintain strong relationships across Supply, ALS, Merch, and 3PLs.
Investigate and resolve internal queries to expedite goods receipt.
Delivery Booking & Coordination
Use internal systems to identify and book purchase orders (POs) into relevant DCs.
Ensure DC capacity is managed effectively.
Liaise with stakeholders to arrange haulage for POs.
Stakeholder Support
Coordinate with DC teams to ensure timely delivery and goods receipt.
Investigate discrepancies in goods receipts.
Support yard check reviews to manage container flow within DC capabilities.
Transport Invoicing
Accurately validate and process transport invoices using internal systems.
Complete routine reporting aligned with weekly volumes and operational plans.

Intermediate Excel skills
Knowledge of supply chain/logistics is desirable
Previous experience in a Supply chain role would be helpful but not essential
