As Geneva Developers, we play a crucial role in the development, customization, and support of computer programming systems and applications, covering design, coding, testing, and deployment to fulfill our business obligations.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Geneva RSL reports and interfaces, ensuring smooth data flow and integration.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions within the Geneva platform that are aligned to business goals.
- Work closely with other technology teams to integrate Geneva with upstream and downstream applications.
- Optimize Geneva configurations and performance to enhance system efficiency.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting and maintenance for Geneva, including monitoring and tuning to maintain system reliability.
- Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and regression tests, ensuring seamless transitions with minimal disruption to business operations.
- Document technical specifications, configurations, and processes related to Geneva development and support to maintain clear and comprehensive documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Geneva development, customization, and support, with deep expertise in RSL development
- Strong proficiency in SQL and deep understanding of Geneva’s underlying data model, workflows and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with Geneva Portfolio Accounting and Performance Measurement, as well as investment life cycle, and multi-asset class instruments.
- Experience with data integration and interfaces using Geneva API, Geneva Workflow Manager, batch jobs, or similar tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions within tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is advantageous.
