The role:
GenerativeAI Lead (GDC)
• Extensive experience with Python and AI-centric libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
• Strong background in generative AI and working with LLMs.
• Proficiency in deploying AI models on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud etc.
• Knowledge on RAG implementation, Prompt Engineering and Vector database management ( Ex: Milvus, PG Vector, Azure search, Pinecone, Lance DB or similar)
• Knowledge on cost optimization, Responsible AI and Fine tuning models
• Working knowledge to optimize models for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Develop and maintain AI pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, and evaluation
• Conduct POC to implement tools and solutions to support Generative AI application platform
•• Working knowledge of ITSM tools ( like JIRA, ServiceNow etc.,)
7-9 years of experience.
• Lead a team of Engineers to design, develop, and implement generative AI models using Python and relevant frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras and PyTorch
