Trissential is seeking a Generative Artificial Intelligence Capability Leader to join our dynamic team in Minneapolis, MN (Remote). This role demands a unique blend of expertise in Data, Software Engineering and emerging GenAI technologies, as well as a strong consulting acumen akin to that of a senior-level management consultant in a top-tier consultancy, and sufficient sales and senior delivery skills to effectively collaborate with our clients in delivering GenAI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Strategize and Implement GenAI Solutions: Develop and execute strategies that align with Trissential's business objectives. Demonstrate proficiency in using emergent GenAI technologies and integrating them within other solutions, technologies and platforms
- Consulting and Client Interaction: Utilize high-level consulting skills to understand client needs, propose GenAI-driven solutions, and provide expert guidance. Act as a bridge between technical and business aspects, ensuring solutions are both viable and valuable
- Sales and Business Development Support: Work closely with the sales team, contributing to thought leadership, capability offers, client discussions and solution development. Employ sales acumen to enhance client understanding and buy-in for proposed solutions
- Team Leadership and Development: Attract, Hire, Lead and mentor a team of GenAI focused consultants. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages professional growth and excellence in delivery
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with different consulting practices within Trissential to integrate GenAI solutions that enhance all our solutions and services to drive relevance and growth for all
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in GenAI and related fields, ensuring Trissential remains at the forefront of innovation
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in GenAI and related technologies including but not limited to: Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Variational Autoencoders (VAEs), Foundation Models (FMs) and Large Language Models (LLMs). Examples include GPT-4, PaLM 2, DALL• E 2, & LaMDA1
- Data Management: The ability to comprehend the role of data and training in generating new content using AI models
- Strategic Planning: Developing a strategic framework for integrating generative AI into business operations, with a focus on data privacy, ethical implications, and potential risks
- Collaboration: Working effectively with data scientists and AI experts to align generative AI solutions with organizational goals
- Governance and Trust: Establishing governance structures to ensure ethical use of generative AI and building trust through transparency
- Business Acumen: Recognizing and evaluating the potential applications of generative AI across various business domains
- Continuous Learning: Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in generative AI and related technologies
- Strong background in consulting, with an ability to translate complex AI concepts into business solutions
- Effective sales skills, capable of engaging in high-level client discussions, solutions & trust building. Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills, with a sense of humor

Benefits
Trissential offers competitive compensation package for full time roles. The annual salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $195,000 plus annual bonus, contingent upon the candidate's qualifications, experience, certifications, and reputation within the industry. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and tele-health benefits; Employee Assistance Program; Health Savings Account with company contribution; three weeks vacation and 8 paid holidays each year; and 401k retirement savings.
