Generative AI Developer

The Job:

• Python Proficiency: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code to build and integrate generative AI models into applications.
• Web Development: Develop both backend and frontend code for generative AI-powered applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Machine Learning and AI: Understand and apply fundamental machine learning and AI concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and prompt engineering.
• Data Analysis and Querying: Perform data analysis, querying, and manipulation to prepare and process data for training and fine-tuning generative AI models.
• Data/Web Crawling: Utilize web scraping and data crawling techniques to gather necessary data for generative AI models.
• Rapid Prototyping: Quickly build and iterate on PoCs to explore new ideas and solutions using generative AI.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and domain experts, to understand requirements, gather feedback, and deliver effective solutions.

The Person:

• At least Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Python programming and web development.
• Strong understanding of machine learning and AI concepts, with experience in generative AI models.
• Familiarity with popular Python libraries and frameworks for machine learning, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers, and Hugging Face Diffusers.
• Experience in data analysis, querying, and manipulation using tools like Pandas, PySpark DataFrames, and SQL.
• Proficiency in web scraping and data crawling techniques using libraries like BeautifulSoup or Scrapy.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
