That's the job - Your main tasks
As part of our team of around 50 Data & AI consultants in Switzerland, you’ll work closely with our clients on exciting projects to solve their challenges through quantitative methods. Knowledge sharing within the community and actively shaping our rapidly growing Data & AI services are a natural part of your work. Internationally, you’ll benefit from a network of more than 200 experts.
Advising clients on Generative AI, Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems, deriving suitable and practical solution approaches.
Executing client projects in various roles – for example as a Data Scientist, AI Engineer or Project Manager.
Supporting the acquisition of new projects and contributing to the further development of our portfolio.
You enjoy tackling complex problems and want to address our clients’ challenges with the most suitable Data & AI approaches.
You have hands-on experience building Generative AI, agent-based AI and Multi-Agent Systems, and are familiar with frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, LlamaIndex or Haystack.
You bring practical expertise in Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Fine-Tuning, Vector Databases and Agent Architectures, and keep up with the latest technological trends.
You have strong communication skills.
You have consulting and project experience beyond research and approach challenges with a pragmatic, results-driven mindset.
You bring industry expertise – for example in Healthcare & Life Sciences, Energy, Manufacturing or Supply Chain & Logistics.
You hold a Master’s degree (ETH/University) in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
You are fluent in English and ideally speak German and/or French as well.
As the icing on the cake, you bring along...Experience in cloud environments – ideally complemented by certifications in Azure, AWS or GCP.
A natural flair for hacking, and no hesitation when it comes to exploring the command line or diving into technical depths.
