> To ensure we maintain customer satisfaction by providing solutions to our owners' and tenants' concerns and educating them if they have concerns about our process and services.
Scope of Support:
> Cater to all kinds of calls in the customer success team queue.
> Work on completing cases that can be resolved from their end.
> If not possible; closely coordinate with the Portfolio Manager who handles the owner/resident’s market with all the needed info to work the case.
> Provide additional support to the business.
> Game to work in the Office during the Night Shift, or Graveyard Shift
> Weekend Coverage
