Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to current manual and automation test efforts.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.
  • Collaborate with the QA and development teams to integrate automated testing into both new and existing projects.
  • Troubleshoot automated test failures, working closely with developers for resolution.
  • Implement and disseminate Quality Assurance best practices within the team.
  • Analyzing and processing product requirements, as well as managing the intake, triage, and verification of defects.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with teams across various time zones.


Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in engineering or computer science.
  • Familiarity with Playwright or similar automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
  • Knowledge of programming/scripting languages such as JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Exposure to version control (e.g., Git) and an interest in continuous integration tools.
  • Proficient in Postman and system integrations via APIs
  • Experience creating test documentation (test plans, test cases, release notes) and working with requirements.
  • Basic knowledge of agile software development methodologies.
  • An analytical mindset for efficient diagnosis and resolution of script failures.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of software quality assurance.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in effectively collaborating with geographically distributed teams.
