We are seeking a General Operator-Cold End to join our Ranson, WV factory. This position is scheduled for 12-hour shift (6AM-6PM OR 6PM-6AM) on a 2-2-3 rotation.

Your future team:
The General Operator (Cold End) is an entry level role who will be responsible for handling finished and recycled products and maintaining a safe and clean workspace for operation.
What you will be doing:
- Maintain a clean and efficient work area to support Machine Technicians via cleaning, recycle handling & granulating of waste products.
- Safely and efficiently assist Machine Technicians with the manufacturing of quality stone wool insulation, maintaining the high standard of quality expected by our customers in a safe and efficient manner.
- Assist Technicians as needed with product changes, maintaining a smooth uninterrupted flow of product.
- In the absence of the Lift Truck Operator, supply the production line with all need packaging materials and pallets.
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, checklists, and guidelines.
- Adhere to established quality and environmental standards to identify and mitigate/escalate quality or environmental risks/issues.
What you bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience required
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to learn and follow directions
- Basic computer knowledge
- Problem Solving and troubleshooting skills
