Nunnas is looking for a driven and dynamic General Manager to orchestrate Mexico-to-U.S. nursing career pathways, combining educational excellence with strategic healthcare partnerships. This role requires building dual competency: designing student journeys for NCLEX readiness while forging employer networks that guarantee job placements. The GM will transform today’s early-stage operations into a scalable model bridging Latin American talent with America’s 1.2 million nurse staffing gap
Key responsibilities:

What we are looking for:
- Generalist with an entrepreneurial mindset and ample experience leading teams

- Ability to structure modular learning experiences
- Expertise in mapping and optimizing conversion funnels
- Fluency in analyzing behavioral metrics
- Track record in scaling companies and products
Requirements
