The role
Now, we're bringing our mission to the United States, and we're seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our new market expansion. This is your opportunity to shape the future of online rewards in a market ripe for innovation.

Take charge of ShopBack’s growth in the United States, leading bold strategies and high-impact decisions that affect millions of customers. Note: This role is based in Austin, Texas. We're open to remote based with frequent travels to Austin, Texas.

  • Marketing & Sales Expertise: Background in eCommerce or internet-based businesses is highly desirable. 
  • Team Leadership: Demonstrated success in building, managing, and motivating high-performing teams. 
  • Innovative Strategist: Strong creative problem-solving skills with a proven ability to craft and implement impactful strategies. 
  • Partnership Pro: Exceptional networking skills and a talent for cultivating meaningful, high-impact partnerships. 
  • Resilient & Driven: Unwavering determination and resourcefulness to overcome challenges and deliver results.
  • AI Adoption: Demonstrated use of Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Cursor) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
