Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a strategic vision to drive long-term growth, profitability, and market expansion.
- Identify emerging market trends and competitive threats to inform business strategy and positioning.
- Build and lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
- Oversee all day-to-day operations, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer service.
- Own the P&L, driving financial performance and implementing corrective measures to optimize profitability.
- Implement and enhance systems and processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Work closely with product teams to define and execute product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Leverage market insights and customer feedback to refine product-market fit and enhance customer experience.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and lead cross-functional execution.
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships to drive market expansion and revenue growth.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulators.
- Drive new business opportunities through market research and targeted outreach.
- Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Promote collaboration and cross-functional alignment to drive business success.
- Inspire teams with clear communication and strategic guidance.
Qualifications and Skill Set Required :
- 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product management, and business development.
- Background as a founder or operator in a crypto-related business (Coinbase, FalconX, or similar).
- Proven experience in business development and partnerships within the fintech or crypto industry.
- Strong product management background with the ability to drive product-market fit and customer growth.
- Deep understanding of financial principles, market analysis, and competitive positioning.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a bias for action and problem-solving.
