The Lolli General Manager will be a leader who oversees all day-to-day operations, drives revenue and growth for Lolli. This is a highly strategic role that requires a blend of sales, business development, operations and financial management expertise to grow the company's user base and cement its position in the Bitcoin Fi ecosystem.

Lolli is a leading rewards company that lets people earn and own Bitcoin when they shop online and in-store at over 25,000 partner merchants. Lolli is at the forefront of the Bitcoin Fi (BTCFi) ecosystem, bringing mainstream adoption to the world's most secure and decentralized asset. Thesis* is a fast-growing, venture-backed studio with a mission to make BTC financing accessible to everyone.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• P&L Management: Own the company's P&L, including developing and managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and optimizing spending to drive profitability and growth.

• Sales & Business Development: Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new merchant partnerships and building strong relationships with existing ones.

• Team Leadership: Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align on strategy and execute initiatives that increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

• Strategic Growth: Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the Bitcoin Fi ecosystem to expand Lolli's product offerings and user base.

• Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of the competitive landscape, including other loyalty programs, Bitcoin Fi protocols, and crypto exchanges, to inform business strategy.

• Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new products and features.

• Customer Care: Oversee a customer care team, ensuring a high CSAT and efficient resolution.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, such as General Manager or Head of Sales/Biz Dev, with direct ownership of a P&L.

• Strong background in sales, business development, or partnerships, with a track record of driving significant revenue growth.

• Deep familiarity and/or experience with the Bitcoin Fi (BTCFi) ecosystem and the broader crypto market.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience working in a startup environment, particularly within a venture studio.

• Existing network and relationships within the crypto and retail industries.

• Experience with a consumer-facing product, preferably with a rewards product or gift card marketplace.

Benefits

We work in a fun, fast-paced environment that operates by collaborating both remotely and in person when we can. The offered salary range $145,000 - $180,000 per year represents base cash compensation only and is exclusive of any equity, tokens or bonuses. The specific compensation will be determined by the candidate's experience and alignment with company goals.
