Responsibilities
- Financial & Strategic Leadership
- Manage P&Ls and ensure sustainable revenue growth.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and execute strategies to increase traffic, rankings, and affiliate revenue of our emerging brands.
- Align objectives across multiple reporting lines.
- Lead teams within a matrix structure, ensuring alignment and clear accountability with the domain experts.
- Coordinate with content, product, and marketing teams to deliver SEO-optimized content that drives traffic and conversions.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders and partners.
- Represent the brand at relevant industry events and forums.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing P&Ls and achieving growth targets.
- Minimum 3 years in senior management roles, preferably in SEO-driven businesses.
- Strong understanding of SEO, affiliate models, and content strategy.
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency and iGaming markets.
- Experience managing teams in a matrix organization.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
