Job Description
- Direct support to the GM
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing and coordinating the activities of different departments within the organization
- Active participation in meetings, keeping minutes, monitoring and tracking action points
- Active participation in the preparation of various documents, business presentations and reports
- Business correspondence, communication with guest clients and scheduling meetings
- Organizing accommodation, airline tickets and business meetings
- Distributes mail, disposes of and archives documentation
- Taking care of post
- Support for other management members and sales support
- Organizing events in cooperation with marketing department
- Interpreting (English language)
Qualifications
- Good time management - ability to plan tasks, meetings, organize calendars, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, employees, and external stakeholders
- Attitude for addressing challenges and implementing solutions
- Active knowledge of the English language in written and oral form (C1)
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Willingness to travel
- Active driver
