Required Qualifications
- Classification: Junior, Senior, or Graduate student pursuing a degree in Accounting.
- Completion of Intermediate Accounting courses.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and business processes.
- Good time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Works well in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word.
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills.
- Availability to work up to 25 hours a week and up to 30 hours during the summer on Monday through Friday during regular business hours (Between 8am CDT and 6pm CDT) at our San Antonio office 2-3 days a week for a 12 week time period.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with concepts of audit, accounting, and financial reporting.
Experience
- Position targeted towards college students in their junior or senior year pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting or master's students pursuing a master's degree in accounting.
