We're looking for a General Counsel to help us navigate and enable that growth.
You'll work closely with leaders across the company as we launch products, expand globally, build partnerships, embrace AI, and enter entirely new business domains.
This role sits at the intersection of law, business, strategy, technology, and growth.
You'll help us balance opportunity and risk, move quickly with confidence, and build the legal foundations for what comes next - including the governance, compliance, and operating rigor required of a global company preparing for future milestones such as a potential IPO.
What You'll Do
- Enable product launches, market expansion, partnerships, and new business opportunities
- Lead legal strategy across commercial agreements, IP, privacy, employment, governance, and regulatory matters
- Help build the legal and compliance foundations for Mixtiles' next stage of growth
- Partner closely with teams across Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Technology
- Use technology and AI to create a modern, highly leveraged legal function
- Solve business problems, negotiate critical agreements, and help teams move forward

You'll help shape multiple global consumer brands as they enter new markets, launch new products, and scale globally.
You'll work on an unusually broad range of topics - from AI and intellectual property to consumer products, partnerships, international expansion, governance, and whatever comes next.

It will influence how the company grows, operates, and prepares for the future.

Skills Required
- Business-minded lawyer with exceptional judgment
- Experience leading legal strategy across commercial agreements, IP, privacy, employment, governance, and regulatory matters
- Proven experience enabling product launches, market expansion, and partnerships
- Experience building legal and compliance foundations for a global company and potential IPO readiness
- Ability to partner closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Technology teams
- Comfortable using technology and AI to modernize legal processes
- Strong commercial judgment, pragmatic and solutions-oriented mindset, and trusted advisor skills
