What We Do
Champlain Housing Trust is a membership-based nonprofit and Community Land Trust that supports residents of Northwest Vermont. Its mission is to strengthen communities through the development and stewardship of permanently affordable homes and related community assets. The organization provides essential services, including homebuyer education, financial fitness counseling, and low-interest rehab loans to create and preserve affordable housing opportunities.
