We’re looking for a Retail Client Manager who expects more from their career. It’s a chance to become a trusted partner to key Retail Clients,  building relationships to define and deliver upon their strategic needs.  It’s an opportunity to bring world leading customer data to life and make a real impact in driving change and growth for our client, and in turn grow the dunnhumby business.

What we expect from you:

  • Build and own strong relationships with C‑level and senior stakeholders at the retailer.
  • Expand dunnhumby’s network across the retailer’s value chain and act as a trusted, collaborative advisor, deeply understanding the retailer’s strategy, customers, and commercial priorities. 
  • Establish governance routines to ensure clear priorities, progress tracking, and two‑way feedback. 
  • Identify high‑value opportunities where dunnhumby can support the retailer and shape the workplan accordingly, overseeing and driving delivery of the client workplan to ensure measurable value. 
  • Spot upsell opportunities and support the full sales cycle through to contract. 
  • Collaborate across the broader dunnhumby team to present a unified, integrated approach to the client. 
  • Lead, coach, and performance‑manage the Retail Client team to deliver against account goals.
  • Mitigate risks, demonstrate dunnhumby’s values, and ensure team members have the required skills and training
  • Measure value delivery regularly, including ROI analytics and client impact surveys.
  • Drive Loyalty life cycle and Category Management solutions
  • Stay informed on global retail trends and share insights with client stakeholders.
  •  Manage the account P&L, ensuring financial performance and value creation.
