Analytics & Consulting team within the US business division is a group of 150+ practitioners across diverse backgrounds. The Centre of Excellence supports strategy, Competitive intelligence, Launch excellence, Opportunity/Market assessment, Brand performance across brands and markets.
Role Purpose:
The purpose of the role is to deliver analytics projects and support new offering development.
Functional Expertise:
The role requires analytics and consulting experience in Pharma and Healthcare domain with expertise in broad range of projects involving:
Primary: Descriptive analysis with transactional data, Visualization, Sales force effectiveness (Segmentation, Targeting)
Technical Expertise:
Primary: Intermediate Excel, SQL, PowerBI, PowerPoint
Secondary: Basic Python, SAS, VBA
Principal Accountabilities:
• Participate in the development and delivery of projects or components of larger, complex projects ensuring client satisfaction and on-time delivery
• Analyse data and synthesize findings into presentations with relevant insights
• Collaborate with project stakeholders and parallel teams on a day-to-day basis
• Contribute to new ideas and developing new solutions
Education and experience:
• Graduate/post-graduate degree in Technology
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience with IQVIA / healthcare data assets
• Strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Adaptability and an ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge
