Your Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain general ledger account reconciliations with supporting documentation
Process journal entries and support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closes
Manage fixed asset inventory and ensure reconciliation to general ledger
Handle daily cash management and bank statement reconciliation
Support seasonal accounting projects including budgets, projections, insurance renewals, and tax documentation
Generate ad-hoc reports and establish standard journal entries
Embody company values and collaborate across departments
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree preferred, or Associate's degree with 3+ years of general accounting experience
High integrity and discretion when handling confidential employee, customer, and technology information
Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience with ERP systems and working knowledge of GAAP
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Collaborative team player who works well across departments
