The Staff Accountant ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording and verifying transactions to produce accurate and timely financial reports.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain general ledger account reconciliations with supporting documentation

  • Process journal entries and support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closes

  • Manage fixed asset inventory and ensure reconciliation to general ledger

  • Handle daily cash management and bank statement reconciliation

  • Support seasonal accounting projects including budgets, projections, insurance renewals, and tax documentation

  • Generate ad-hoc reports and establish standard journal entries

  • Embody company values and collaborate across departments

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or Associate's degree with 3+ years of general accounting experience

  • High integrity and discretion when handling confidential employee, customer, and technology information

  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Experience with ERP systems and working knowledge of GAAP

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Collaborative team player who works well across departments
